Healing Communities Foundation, Inc. seeks to empower the family unit by completing the circle of support. By focusing on the family unit we strive to strengthen its foundation and its purpose as a source of resolution for the brokenness in our communities.
To sum it up: FAMILY IS A SOURCE OF HEALING! We each, whether parent or child, grandparent or sibling, have a part and responsibility in addressing the concerns of our communities.
We strive to EDUCATE and CONNECT in teaching life application skills and unifying families to be of support for one another. We network and partner with other community entities to connect families to resources that specifically cater to their needs.
